← HomeThe Blind Oracle

Sometimes the noise in your head isn't confusion — it's something trying to get through.

I'm William. I've been doing energy readings for nine years. When someone comes to me with anxiety, I'm not reading the story they're telling themselves about why they're anxious — I'm reading what's actually happening in the energy underneath it. Those two things are usually different, and the difference is almost always where the useful information is.

I was born blind. That means when you come to me — by text or by phone — I have no idea how anxious you look. I can't see you bracing, I can't see the performance you put on before a hard conversation. I get what's actually there. That matters more for anxiety than for almost anything else, because anxious people are often very good at managing how they present. I work with what's underneath that.

What anxiety looks like in an energy reading

Four things I can read that are separate from the anxiety narrative itself.

1

Not the story you're telling yourself — the pattern underneath

Anxiety has a narrative attached to it — a story about why you're worried, what the worst case is, what you should have done differently. I don't work with the narrative. I read what's actually running in the energy underneath it. Those two things are usually not the same.

2

Where the energy is stuck (not where you think the problem is)

Most people arrive at a reading pointing at the symptom — the relationship, the job, the decision. The energy tells me where the actual block is sitting. It's often not where you've been looking. That shift in location is usually the useful part.

3

What you're actually afraid of (not what you're obsessing about)

The thing you're obsessing about is rarely the thing you're afraid of. Anxiety uses obsession as a way to stay busy without getting near the real fear. A reading can move past the obsession and look at what's underneath it — the actual source, not the decoy.

4

Whether the situation is asking you to act or to wait

One of the things that makes anxiety so exhausting is the question of whether you're supposed to do something about it. A reading can tell you whether the energy is pushing toward action or asking you to hold. Not as a command — as information. That alone can quiet a lot of noise.

Why blind matters when you're anxious

Anxious people are often very good at managing how they come across. Before a conversation starts — even a reading with someone they're paying to help them — they've already prepared: how much to share, how to frame it, how to seem like they have it together enough to be taken seriously. I can't see any of that preparation. I get what's actually there when you reach out, not the version you've arranged to show someone.

Text readings work especially well for anxious people. There's no voice to modulate, no face to arrange, no sense that someone is watching you figure out what to say. You can write from wherever you are — sitting in your car before work, lying in bed at 2am, wherever the anxiety is loudest. You don't have to be ready. You just have to put the question somewhere it can be looked at.

A reading doesn't manufacture certainty. What it does is separate what's actually in play from what fear is adding. Those are different things, and anxiety has a way of making them feel identical. When you can see the difference — even just for a moment — the loop usually has somewhere to go. That's what I'm working toward in a reading like this. Not resolution. Distinction.

Common questions about readings for anxiety

Anxiety is often just clarity that hasn't landed yet. The loop usually breaks when something in it shifts.
