Most sighted readers see you before the reading starts. In a career or life purpose context, that means they're already building a picture — how you carry yourself, how you dress, whether you look like someone who “has it together” or someone who seems lost. That's not energy. That's observation. And it shapes everything that follows, whether the reader means it to or not.
I get none of that. I was born blind, so there's no visual read on whether you seem confident or uncertain, professional or stuck. No assumptions about your industry based on how you present. No unconscious bias toward what path seems to “fit” someone who looks like you. When I do a career reading, I'm working with what's energetically present — full stop.

The version of yourself you project professionally is often pretty different from what's actually going on underneath.
